This study explores the role of organizational behaviour (OB) in Bangalore's software companies, focusing on culture, leadership styles, and team dynamics. Empirical data collected from 300 employees across 15 firms sheds light on behavioural patterns influencing productivity and innovation. The research emphasizes the impact of leadership and organizational culture on employee well-being and team effectiveness. Findings contribute to OB literature and suggest practical strategies for managers and HR professionals in the software sector. Areas for future research are outlined, addressing emerging challenges in OB practices.
