Publisher History and Transfer of Operations
The International Journal of Food and Nutritional Sciences (IJFANS) was originally established under the association of the International Institute of Food and Nutritional Science in 2012. Subsequently, as reflected on the journal website, official logo, and print editions, the journal’s operational management was transferred to Global E-Smart Technologies in 2021. In 2025, the journal was formally taken over by Sihag technologent and research publication private limited, which is the current publisher. IJFANS is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal and has been UGC-compliant, with formal indexing in the University Grants Commission (UGC) list during the period 2021 to 2023.

The journal is published on a Quarterly basis. IJFANS is a multidisciplinary and multilingual journal, committed to maintaining academic quality, ethical publishing standards, and transparency in scholarly communication.
