This paper examines the implications of technostress for Human Resource Management (HRM) and proposes strategies to mitigate its impact. Technostress, a prevalent issue in contemporary workplaces, emerges from the rapid integration and reliance on digital technologies. It encompasses the adverse psychological and physiological responses that individuals experience when navigating the complexities of technology in their professional lives. The causes of technostress include information overload, constant connectivity, rapid technological changes, and the pressure to continually adapt to new tools and platforms. These factors contribute to employee anxiety, burnout, reduced job satisfaction, and diminished productivity. HRM plays a pivotal role in addressing technostress through proactive interventions that promote employee well-being and organizational effectiveness. Key strategies for HRM include comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employees' digital literacy and proficiency.
