This research explores the impact of sustainable agricultural practices on economic development in the Chickballapur District of Karnataka, India. Agriculture is crucial to the Indian economy, yet farmers face significant challenges, including soil degradation, water scarcity, and volatile market conditions. Employing a mixed-method approach, this study collects quantitative data from 200 farmers via structured questionnaires and conducts qualitative interviews with 30 farmers to gain deeper insights into their experiences. The findings reveal that sustainable practices—such as organic farming, agroforestry, water conservation techniques, and integrated pest management—correlate positively with increased farm incomes, averaging a 25% rise compared to conventional methods. Additionally, qualitative data highlight improvements in food security and overall community wellbeing, showcasing the multifaceted benefits of adopting sustainable approaches. The study underscores the urgent need for educational initiatives, financial support, and policy reforms to facilitate the broader adoption of sustainable practices, ultimately promoting resilience and sustainable rural development in the regio
