Abstract

The global food and nutrition industry faces significant challenges in managing complex supply chains, particularly in ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and responsiveness to market demands. This study explores the optimization of supply chain management (SCM) within the food and nutrition sector through a case study approach. By analyzing key industry players and their strategies, the research identifies best practices and innovative methods that contribute to enhanced supply chain performance. The study highlights the importance of integrating advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and Internet of Things (IoT) in streamlining operations, improving traceability, and ensuring the quality and safety of food products.
