Abstract

The burgeoning growth of e-commerce in the fresh food sector has necessitated the development of sophisticated decision-making models to enhance supply chain performance. This study proposes an Intelligent Decision Model (IDM) tailored for the fresh food ecommerce sector, aiming to address the unique challenges of perishability, demand unpredictability, and the requirement for swift logistics.
