The present study is focus on the connection between interdisciplinary collaboration and academic achievement among college students in Kerala, particularly concentrating on the mediating effect of participation in the Health & Yoga Club. A group of 473 college students from Kerala espicially, Palakkad, Thrissur and Eranakulam took part in the study, filling out surveys and questionnaires to evaluate their levels of interdisciplinary collaboration, academic success, and engagement in Health & Yoga Club activities. The results indicate a positive link between interdisciplinary collaboration and academic achievement, with involvement in the Health & Yoga Club playing a crucial mediating role in this association. The study emphasizes the significance of extracurricular activities in promoting holistic growth and academic success among college students. The findings provide valuable insights for educational institutions aiming to encourage interdisciplinary collaboration and enhance student well-being.
