In Tenkasi District credit card and debit card holders' satisfaction levels form the basis of the research study. Credit cards and debit cards are now a necessary component of the everyday existence of the average individual. Studying consumers' perceptions of the card service thus becomes vital. Using a credit or debit card has some advantages but also some drawbacks. Debit and credit cards have surpassed cash as the primary means of payment around the globe as it moves toward digitization across the board. The study used primary data, mean scores, and percentage analysis. Books, journals, papers, and other printed materials were the primary sources for secondary data.
