Abstract

ABSTRACT: India is the world's number two cement producer, which means the industry is vital to the country's economy. One indicator of a nation's degree of development is its cement consumption and production. It is a valuable export commodity that the country receives as a result of its iron and steel industries. For a considerable portion of the sector, money, technology, human resource management, and capital are essential elements. Thus, performance management systems are the spearhead of HRM. If you want to know what influences workers the most, it's the performance management system (PMS). Raising morale may become a bigger challenge down the road if you persist in hiring a workforce that is underperforming. Most people who work in the cement industry think that HRM is really important. There are four essential elements for the cement business to grow and become more profitable: land, technology, money, and the Performance Management System (PMS). People management as we know it today is considered a relic of the past, in stark contrast to the more contemporary idea of human resource management. A key component of human resource management's strategy to become an indispensable business partner, the Performance Management System (PMS) is often linked to contented workers. PMS is a crucial component in the manufacturing process of cement.
