Abstract
The North Eastern states of India are a reservoir of diverse cultural traditions and practices, among which traditional games play a significant role in preserving cultural heritage and enhancing physical fitness. This study delves into the exploration and documentation of thirteen traditional games from Assam, Mizoram, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, and Nagaland, highlighting their contribution to physical health and the preservation of indigenous culture.
