The International Journal of Food and Nutritional Sciences (IJFANS) is a peer-reviewed, scholarly multidisciplinary journal. IJFANS is published on a Quarterly basis and follows a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, and integrity of published content. The journal is multidisciplinary in nature and accepts manuscripts from a broad range of subject areas related to food, nutrition, health, agriculture, biotechnology, and allied sciences. The journal provides an academic platform for researchers, academicians, and professionals to publish original research, reviews, and scholarly articles that contribute to scientific understanding and practical applications.
IJFANS was originally established under the association of the International Institute of Food and Nutritional Science in 2012. In 2021, the journal’s operational management was transferred to Global E-Smart Technologies, as reflected across the journal’s website, official logo, and print editions. In 2025, the journal was formally taken over by Sihag Technologent and Research Publication Private Limited, which is the current publisher.
The journal has followed recognized academic publishing standards and UGC-compliant peer reviewed Journal, with formal indexing in the University Grants Commission (UGC) list during the period 2021 to 2023.
The journal operates on a multilingual basis, encouraging global participation and the dissemination of research across diverse academic and geographic communities.
