Abstract

A company's human resources department is vital since it handles many different things, including hiring, training, development, job rotations, and employee remuneration. Organizations must prioritize cross-cultural communication in today's dynamic business climate, which is marked by fierce rivalry, cutting-edge technology, and a multicultural workforce. Employers may efficiently hire people with diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences by embracing diversity in the workforce, utilizing technology, and enhancing communication networks. In an environment as varied and multicultural as this one, human resources need to be well aware of cross-cultural variables and know how to communicate effectively to accomplish corporate goals. This study will examine the value of HRM in a multicultural setting and the critical role that communication plays it in accomplishing the goals of the organization.
