Abstract

The term "intellectual property rights" (IPRs) refers to a body of rights that shield works of literature, art, inventions, designs, and names, symbols, and pictures that used in trade. IPRs are crucial in fostering learners' creative and intellectual growth since they: Incentivizing innovation and creativity: IPRs giveslearners with a financial incentive to develop new ideas and create original works. This is because IPRs give learners the exclusive right to exploit their creations for a period. This to use to generate revenue, such as through licensing or sales.
