Abstract

Dynamic management of cloud resources in a specific project dedicated to delivering a private cloud (or virtual private cloud) to a sole client venture. This operation relies on acquiring resources as needed from a public cloud. An innovative proactive strategy has been introduced to automatically adapt resource scaling within the private cloud according to real-time system demands.
