In the modern-day world, communication skills are becoming ever more important. However, not much effort appears to have gone into tracing the history of this branch of learning. Keeping this in view this paper attempts to trace the Communication Skills in the epic Mahabharata of India. Conflicts are an ever-present reality and increasingly being handled through negotiations.
