The apparatus utilizes an electric case history system commonly employed in Chinese hospitals. It includes a Chinese medical standard word library categorized by disease type, a everyday language analysis-based data pick-up system to convert documents into standardized formats, a disease-classified database for clinical research, a document conversion system for automatic refactoring, and a privilege system to protect patient and doctor privacy
