With the advent of televisions, computers, mobile phones and electronic gadgets, people are addicted to it forgetting the physical world around them. They fail to notice the threat wrought by the use of technology and its adverse effects on the environment. People are also ignorant of the pathetic condition of the society suppressed under corporate control. The progress mankind attains everyday in technology leads to the destruction of the earth. The dependence on technology has only resulted in affecting one’s physical and mental stability. In the present era both children and adults are more addicted to electronic gadgets that in turn results in health issues and detachment in family relationships. An analysis of M.T Anderson’s Feed provides a shocking revelation of the deteriorating world that is trapped under technological advancements. The novel serves as a parallel to today’s modern use of technology and cellular devices.
