Abstract

Abstract - The academic system is expected to provide readily deployable graduates and post graduates to the Industry. Over the years there have been many studies that have tried to bring out the skill gaps that make a majority of the graduates and post graduates unemployable from the perspective of the Industry. These mainly include; communication, team work, problem solving, creativity and analytical ability.
