Abstract

Since the amount of green space is decreasing daily, mostly as a result of urbanization and industrialization, land quality is currently one of the most significant environmental concerns. Businesses harm the earth by releasing their wastewater into water bodies or onto land. Earthen terrain is gradually being covered with a thick layer of concrete. The traditional land use pattern report is overly extensive and sophisticated since it takes into account a lot of factors. Various indicators of land use pattern are discovered and reported based on the area covered for analytical purposes. The Fuzzy Land Use Index (FLUI), which represents the land use pattern of an area, was developed in the current study using fuzzy set theory. FLUI will assist in determining the land's suitability for development projects.
