Abstract

Women face significant challenges in male-dominated industries, including discrimination, limited opportunities, and cultural biases that hinder their inclusion and advancement. Social work, as a profession dedicated to promoting equity and social justice, plays a critical role in addressing these challenges. This research explores the multifaceted contributions of social work in enhancing inclusion for women labor in industries such as construction, technology, and manufacturing. It examines key strategies such as advocacy for gender-equitable policies, implementation of workplace training programs, provision of support systems, and fostering organizational cultural change. The study also highlights the importance of community engagement and systemic reform in creating safe and inclusive environments for women. By integrating theoretical frameworks with practical interventions, social work emerges as a pivotal force in dismantling barriers, promoting diversity, and ensuring sustainable inclusion for women in male-dominated fields. This paper underscores the transformative potential of social work in achieving gender equity in the workforce.
