Abstract

The introduction of electronic banking, the banking industry has significantly changed as a result of the rapid advancement of information and communication technology. The customer can access the E-banking around the clock, it is possible from any location with an internet connection. Customers may access financial transactions more easily and conveniently, save time, reduce transactions costs, and ensure security using e-banking services. The primary types of e-banking services include Mobile banking, Automated Teller Machine, Electronic Fund Transfer and online banking. The Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) includes National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT), Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) and Immediate Payment Service (IMPS). Now-a-days all the people live in very busy schedule. In traditional banking the customers must go to the bank and stand in a queue after that they process their transactions so, it takes 2 to 3 hours. So that, Customers uses e-banking services as per their convenient. Because E-banking overcomes all these problems. So the researcher wants to study the opinion of customers towards E-banking Services in Virudhunagar District. In this study covers only the opinion of customers towards E-banking services of Public Sector Banks.
