Adrenaline (ADR) is the endogenous catecholamine with potent α and β adrenergic stimulating properties. The α adrenergic action increase systemic and pulmonary vascular resistance increasing both systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Adrenaline to be release in blood stream, which increase heart rate, muscle strength, blood pressure and sugar metabolism. Oxidation degradation of the drug product is the major route of degradation. It‟s impact the Chemical and physical changes of pharmaceutical drug product in the formulation development process. Physicochemical changes in the product can affect both the safety and efficacy of drugs product.
