Abstract : Reliable Medical Appointment Solution can be described as a simple web based project. It facilitates users or patients of any medical institution to seek appointments on the internet. It also helps doctors in managing the appointment of their patients. The system simplifies the process of scheduling an appointment for each patient, which is a request addressed to the patient’s doctor of choice. The system is based on three major participants which include; administrator, doctor and patient. The system administrator has the duty of entering the names of doctors and their specialties, bio data and system login details. Patients can use the website to look for doctors of specialized areas. Prior to making an appointment, patients can check a selected doctor’s weekly planner to locate a suitable day and time for the appointment so that they can send the request. On the other hand, the doctors can see all the available appointments and pending requests for appointments from patients and adjust their active schedules accordingly
