ENHANCEMENT OF SECURITY AND VISUAL QUALITY IN IMAGE STEGANOGRAPHY
Abstract
Steganography has recently emerged as a powerful tool in the field of science, used to protect data from unauthorized access. It's the art of communication that involves hiding information within another medium—such as text, images, audio, video, or networks—so that it leaves no obvious trace. On the other hand, steganalysis is the science of breaking steganographic techniques to uncover hidden messages. The effectiveness of a steganography method is typically evaluated based on three main criteria: payload capacity, image quality, and the level of security.
