Abstract
COVID-19 is a multisystemic infection with profound physiological and behavioral sequelae, including marked disruption of dietary patterns. This study comprehensively analyzed the effect of the infection on nutrient intake by comparing dietary consumption pre and post COVID-19 and estimated dietary intake against the Estimated Average Requirement (EAR, 2020).
