Abstract

India is dominant force in Asia’s economic growth and home to the world’s second largest workforce. Inclusive growth and gender equality are important for any country to reach its full potential and achieve faster economic growth. Agriculture sector is the backbone of the rural economy in India that provides an important source of livelihood to the rural people. However, the sector has been suffering from a number of limitations.
