Abstract

A study was carried out using a sample of fifty pregnant and lactating mothers, respectively, in the Pathuru and Chirravuru villages of Tadepalli Mandal Guntur district, to determine the impact of consuming millet dishes on iron levels in these populations. The most common dietary condition in the world, iron deficiency is a public health issue. They are susceptible to anemia since they do not know about millet and millet recipes.
