Abstract

The algorithms of transfer learning techniques have developed as a strong picture for recognition strategic algorithms in the current era. Crop diseases pose a significant threat to rice crop yield. However, recent advancements in deeper layered architectures particularly in the domain of image classification and recognition, have presented an opportunity to address the challenges of overfitting, high computational resources etc.
