Abstract

The Adaptive Optics Scanning Laser Ophthalmoscope (AOSLO) is a powerful imaging technology that has revolutionized the field of ophthalmology. It uses adaptive optics to correct for distortions in the eye, allowing for high-resolution imaging of the retina. The AOSLO has many advantages, including its ability to visualize cellular structures in the retina and its potential for longitudinal monitoring of disease progression
