Abstract

This research paper examines the pivotal role of human resource planning (HRP) in driving organizational success, focusing specifically on companies based in the Nagpur region. In today’s rapidly evolving business environment, effective HRP is essential for ensuring that organizations have the right talent to achieve their strategic objectives. This study synthesizes findings from a comprehensive review of existing literature and case studies, highlighting the key HRP practices employed by Nagpur-based companies. It explores how these practices contribute to various aspects of organizational success, including enhanced productivity, improved employee satisfaction, and sustained competitive advantage.
