Abstract

Conventional studies on project prediction have frequently focused on only one or two aspects, rather than the whole performance of the project in accordance to the criteria that were established beforehand. This is since earlier study on the forecast of projects was carried out several decades ago. The fundamental purpose of this study was to concentrate on residential buildings while also taking into consideration the broad field that is construction projects in general. Project Management is planned and prediction using artificial neural network (ANN) in construction sites. It includes both multi-layered perceptron and radial basis function (RBF) to process the input data and provides prediction of both project management. The questionaries are conducted, and it is modelled to test and evaluate the efficacy of the ANN model. The results show that the proposed method achieves higher prediction ability than the existing methods.
