This research endeavors to comprehensively evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of performance management systems (PMS) within organizational contexts. Through an extensive review of existing PMS across diverse industries, this study analyzes employee perceptions, organizational outcomes, and the role of leadership in shaping PMS efficacy. Key performance metrics are identified, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative indicators, to gauge system success.
