Despite the dark and painful nature of Najeeb's journey, the narrative incorporates elements of humor to underscore the absurdity of his situation and the human capacity to find relief through laughter. The analysis dissects specific instances where black humor emerges as a coping mechanism and a means of challenging the illogical circumstances that Najeeb faces. Through a close examination of these instances, the study aims to provide insights into the role of humor in navigating profound suffering and to uncover the deeper implications of employing black humor as a literary technique.
