Employee Engagement and Their Impact on Employee Performance- A Study in Production Unit at Bikaner

Abstract

Employee engagement is the degree of commitment and participation by employees in their organization and values. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of employee engagement on the performance of employees and also to examine together the factors that affect employee performance. Section Wages and benefits, health and safety, performance appraisal, organizational performance, communication, training, leadership, grievance process, performance improvement, and other benefits. Item This study was made and explained as a research design. Data were collected from sample surveys with a sample size of 100 employees. Descriptive statistics , Kolmogorav-Smirnov test and cross tabulation for data analysis. The survey found that 4,444 employees were satisfied with the company's overall performance. Employee Engagement All elements have an effective impact on the employees working in your organization.
