Composites are the most important materials in modern automotive field.In bns body applications composites and its mechanical behavior has its significant role in the manufacturing.In the present work,the composites were prepared with hand layup technique using chopped strand mat powdered type glass fibre with polymers.The polymers namely polyester resin and epoxy resin are compared as polymer reinforced fibre matrix.Sandwich laminate panels were prepared and studied the deflection test of simply supported beam.
