This article explores the realm of customer relationships and financial literacy in the banking sector, with a particular focus on managers in public and private sector banks in Kerala. The study aims to analyze these relationships and assess the quality of information provided by managers to customers. By collecting data from 150 customers, comprising 75 from public sector banks and the remaining from private sector banks, the research seeks to uncover insights beyond mere transactions.
