Sport for all" has become a popular worldwide slogan today. Participation in sport and optimum physical performance can be achieved, but today's life primarily relies on research and positive wellbeing. Moreover, the game is based on principles of physical development like self-defence, attack, etc. The most important parts of the game are speed, stamina, and strength. As a result, the consideration of the most desirable fitness variables for the evaluation of players is a critical requirement. Hence, the present study reviewed such a fitness variable for an effective evaluation of Kabaddi, Kho-kho, and wrestling players as Muscular coordination, lung power, quick reflexes, and intelligence are the main needs of the game. This review article will be the great interest of the sports professional for a selection of appropriate parameters while evaluating the player’s fitness for upcoming sports events.
