This theoretical paper aims to construct a comprehensive conceptual framework for nurturing emotional intelligence (EI) within workplace environments. While recognizing the pivotal role of EI in enhancing job performance and fostering positive organizational outcomes, this paper synthesizes existing literature on the antecedents of EI. Drawing insights from diverse disciplines, the paper proposes a multifaceted approach to developing EI skills among employees.
