From Efficiency to Innovation: AI’s Strategic Impact on Business Value Creation
Abstract
The subject of the current paper is concerned with the strategic evolution of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) as the power of operational efficiency into the power of innovation and value generation, specifically, the numerical examination of its application to the Human Resource Management (HRM) with regards to the real-time wage tariff planning and cost optimization. Secondary data involved in the analysis, namely, industry reports, case study, and academic literature, are used to draw up the empirical data concerning the transformative impact of AI. Such themes as the automation against strategic choices, more effective predictive the cost of the workforce, and the emergence of decentralized, trustworthy AI systems with the introduction of blockchain are the most critical aspects of the analysis. As it has been proven, the HRM systems based on artificial intelligence can offer certain dynamism and redistribution of budgets on data basis, reduce compliance risks, and make an organization more agile. These findings are discussed within the context of the general tendencies of the interaction of humans and AI and the need to create transparent systems and make certain ethical decisions.
