By analyzing key models, including Goleman’s and Mayer-Salovey’s frameworks, this study highlights the critical role EI plays in decision-making, leadership, conflict resolution, and education.It also examines the methods used to measure EI and the challenges in its development, proposing strategies for fostering EI in individuals and organizations.
