Job satisfaction, a crucial facet of this relationship, plays a pivotal role in shaping the work environment, employee motivation, and overall productivity. As hotels strive to provide exceptional guest experiences, it becomes imperative to delve into the intricacies of job satisfaction within the context of the supervisor-subordinate dynamic.
