However, it also identifies significant barriers, such as the digital divide, low financial literacy, regulatory hurdles, and trust issues. The paper concludes with policy recommendations and emphasizes the need for collaborative efforts to create an ecosystem conducive to FinTech adoption in Chhattisgarh's unorganized retail sector.
