Air conditioning is needed over time as the rise in temperature increases the heat of the surrounding so to maintain the temperature of surrounding air, an air conditioning system is used. A cool and cold atmosphere is now becoming the need of cities due to rising temperatures. Thus the focus of the study is on the impact of air conditioning on the environment and the different aspects that should be known before installing air conditioning systems. There are various studies and research done by different experts on the impact of air conditioning on the environment. It is observed that Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems are important in urban areas which leads to a rise in greenhouse gases. The emission of greenhouse gases increases the temperature which increases the effect of global warming which affects the ozone layer around the surrounding. Thus it is necessary to decrease the use of AC but it becomes difficult to stay in a hot atmosphere. So further study is helpful to find alternatives to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases to reduce the pollution in the environment to obtain natural ventilation from plants.
